หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Maximize Warehouse Efficiency: Ensure the warehouse operates at peak performance with a focus on customer satisfaction by supervising, organizing, and training employees, and setting, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
• • Optimize Warehouse Systems: Develop and enhance warehouse operations by assessing product handling and storage needs, equipment usage, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• • Team Management and Training: Lead and train the warehouse team to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short- and long-term performance targets.
• • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control and logistics, to maintain smooth operations.
• • Plan and Optimize Workflows: Review and prepare workflows, staffing plans, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that align with company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
• • Supervise Daily Activities: Oversee warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• • Manage Scheduling and Workflow: Schedule and oversee the warehouse team, managing workflow and quality to enhance efficiency and reduce overtime.
• • Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, and manage general maintenance as needed.
• • Analyze Productivity: Meet regularly with warehouse leads to assess productivity and develop plans to prevent losses.
• • Manage Logistics: Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, coordinating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient package delivery.
• • Budget and Reporting
• - Ensure the Purchase Authorization Requests (PAR) under logistics & warehouse are created in advance.
• - Verify all documents and demonstrate proper handling procedures.
• • Develop and manage the warehouse budget, focusing on cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• • Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse operations.
• • Maintain Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain operations, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge in warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP
• Leadership skill and team management
• Strong communication skills, analytical skill, and problem-solving skill
• Good command of written and spoken English
