หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and supervise the operations of the department to proceed correctly, in a timely manner, and according to the established guidelines
• Responsible for closing the financial statements, balance sheet, income statement, and monthly and yearly accounting reports
• Report financial status, operation performance, and other related reports to supervisor
• Maintain the company's inventory and property accounts
• Prepare an annual budget to present to management team
• Provide suggestions, plans, and improvements regarding financial and accounting work for the business
• Store accounting documents correctly and efficiently according to accounting standards for verification and reference
• Manage and control subordinates to ensure smooth accounting and financial operations
• Perform other duties of the accounting department as assigned

• Have extensive knowledge about accounting standards and tax laws
• Able to manage, analyze, and summarize large amounts of data

• Detail oriented, honest, and highly responsible
• Can explain complex information in an easy to understand way
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher
• Have 2 years and up work experience in manager level
• Have an accountant's license
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Have accounting experience in online business and importing products from China (will be given special consideration)
• Proficient in using the Peak program (will be given special consideration)
