หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Demand & Supply Management: Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze demand trends, create supply plans, and oversee Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
  • Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP): Support the sales team in demand planning, evaluate supply capacity, and lead monthly S&OP meetings to align business strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Develop supply and inventory management frameworks, monitor inventory levels, and apply supply chain principles to balance supply and demand.
  • Process Improvement: Drive supply chain improvement initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and lead technology implementation projects.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Conduct capacity allocation analysis, monthly supply and demand alignment, and inventory monitoring.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Minimum 5+ years, of experience in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Material or Production Planning, or Operations.
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills with knowledge of Lean supply chain principles, and operations processes.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in English communication
  • **Experience in food and beverage business materials is a plus.
