หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company, including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth and profitability.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability initiatives within the operations, ensuring eco-friendly practices and compliance with environmental regulations
• Project Management: Manage and oversee various operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the operations, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Reporting: Develop and present regular reports on operational performance to the CEO and senior management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Experience in the jewelry manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to create and present detailed operational reports.
