Hydraulic static pile driver is a new type of piling machinery with distinctive Chinese characteristics, the principle is to use the strong static pressure generated by hydraulic oil, the weight of the pile machine itself (including the counterweight) as the reaction force of pile pressing, overcome the pile side friction resistance and pile end resistance generated in the process of pile pressing, prefabricated pile steadily and quietly pressed into the foundation of pile pressing method. This kind of method to save steel and concrete, reduce construction cost, the strength grade of concrete can reduce 1 ~ 2 magnitude, reinforcement than hammering method can save reinforced by about 40%, and construction, no noise, no vibration, no pollution, little interference on the surrounding environment, low cost, high efficiency and other significant advantages, is widely applied in urban construction in our country gradually. It is suitable for pile foundation works in soft soil areas, urban centers or densely populated buildings, as well as expansion works of precision factories.

Basic Composition

It is composed of machine body, crane, pile pressing table, vertical moving mechanism, horizontal moving mechanism and hydraulic electric system. The pile pressing table is the main working mechanism of the machine, which realizes the operation of pile clamping and pile pressing. Cranes are used to lift piles into position.

Main Characteristics

• Unique design of clamping mechanism for each jaw to be adjusted with the shaft bearing surface to ensure the largest con tact area with the pile, avoid damaging the pile.
• Unique design of side/corner piling structure, improves the capacity of side/ corner piling, the pressure force of side/corner piling up to 60% -70% of main piling. The performance is much better than hanging side/corner piling system.
• Unique clamping pressure-keeping system can automatically fill in the fuel if the cylinder leak oil, ensuring high reliability of clamping pile and high quality of construction
• Unique walking mechanism with lubrication cup design could realize durable lubrication so as to extend service life of rail wheel.
• High efficiency and energy saving constant power hydraulic system，scientific hydraulic pipeline layout can greatly reduce the loss of pipeline, reduce the loss of hydraulic system and save energy.
• Unique terminal pressure-stabilized system ensures no float to the machine at rated pressure, greatly improving the safety of operation.
